My few words

I get inspiration by looking at other people blogs and their posts which run into 000s of words. I think I am not of such breed who can express themselves in so many words or may be I am hiding my lack of vocabulary. So updates are I have moved into new house and increased my expenses by double on rent. Living in Chennai can be taxing :). Okay no more of my Chennai rants again.

My last trip to US in July I went to Boston, NYC, SFO, LA, and San Jose. Out of 2 weekends one weekend was really good where I went to SFO tour with 6 more friends who live in US. Enjoyed the day will be a understatement. SFO is always a pleasure to drive and watch. Crooked street or fisherman wharf or Pier 39 or downtown. Everything is awesome. Enjoy yourself with the awesome seafood and nice view of golden gate. This is all I have to write about. Again at loss of words ;) (Vocabulary)

At Last on a lighter note for all readers

Man : Haven't I seen you someplace before?
Woman : Yeah, that's why I don't go there anymore.
Man : Well, I guess you really don't belong in the men's room anyway.

Back in chennai

Back after a long time!

Seemingly long I was in Delhi for more than month then went to US saw Singapore on my way back, It has been more than 10 days since in returned from US but the Jet lag is still not completely gone.

No one at home family is in Delhi so my timings to sleep are also skewed and not able to catch up with time. just being a bachelor again :)

Looking for a new house for rent as my current landlord is selling his house and i don't have enuf money to buy it ;), and it is very difficult in Chennai to look for a house where a non vegetarian can live within his budget :).

I miss Delhi ? Yes I do and a lot!!!!

Work and Lots of it

Hey It seems I always talk about work. But it never is over, and most of the times it is the thing which keeps you alive and kicking. Now i am sitting her late at night in office writing this and waiting for the final delivery to client to be made. Life is like that :)

Here is something for your all

You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the tallest guy in the NBA is Chinese, the Swiss hold the America's Cup, France is accusing the U.S. of arrogance, Germany doesn't want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named 'Bush', 'Dick', and 'Colon'.-- Chris Rock in oscars

Updates

Busy, Busy and Busy just back from my New York trip. Had a very nice time in -7 Celsius Snow allover, which is unusual for Dec month. After I am back it hadn’t snowed there and my contact told me that it is now 10 degrees there. I think This is what I call as GOD’s way to give you what you ask for :).

My home town is in 0 degree cold and I am in Chennai with 29 degree, sleeping and driving in AC. What a life!

Man!! I really miss delhi….

Work Loads of it.

As usual it is really difficult to keep up to my promise of writing regularly on my blog. I do try to find out some time and write here but you know the way life goes on. It is getting really hectic now a days and the work is eating up lots of my time.

I do think at time (Being philosophical) Why am I slogging so much is because I need more money / more growth or is it just for kicks of it. And usually the answer is it is usually just for the kicks of it as it is continuing for last 10 years and now it seems as if it is part of your life. (Of course money and more money is always welcome and needed :) )

Many of you may agree or disagree with me do send me your views….

Some nice jokes

A father often read Bible stories to his young children.

One day he read, "The man named Lot was warned to take his wife and flee out of the city, but his wife looked back and was turned to salt."

His son asked, "What happened to the flea?"

Venice from a man's point of view

A young lady who had returned from a tour through Italy with her father informed a friend that he liked all the Italian cities, but most of all he loved Venice.

"Ah, Venice, to be sure!" said the friend.
"I can readily understand that your father would like Venice with its gondolas, and St. Markses and Michelangelos."

"Oh, no,' the young lady interrupted, "it wasn't that.He liked itbecause he could sit in the hotel and fish from the window."

No Nose
A few years ago a gentleman who had lost his nose was invited out to tea.
"My dear," said the old lady of the house to her little daughter, "I want you to be very particular and make no remarks about Mr. Jenkins' nose.

Gathered around the table, everything was going well;

the child peeped about, looking rather puzzled, and at last startled the table:
"Ma, why did you tell me to say nothing about Mr. Jenknis' nose?
He doesn't have one!"
